We arrange the following policies on behalf of our members:

Material Damage

Covers fire, theft, damage, natural disasters etc.. to property insured.

 

Business Interruption/Loss of Rents

Covers lost profits or rental income, arising from a material damage claim.

​For example, if as a landlord your building burns down a business interruption policy will provide for the lost rental whilst the building cannot be rented.

Travel Cover

Domestic and International travel cover is provided on the basis of travel days requested by clients.

Travel cover includes some contribution towards rental car excesses, and flight cancellations.

Liability Policies

The Fund arranges a number of different liability policies, including employment disputes, public liability etc... Some clients do not elect to have any or all liability covers. To understand if you have liability cover, or what types of liability cover you have, please do not hesitate to contact us or refer to your liability insurance invoice.
